Important News - COVID-19

Dear All,

This is a courtesy message to let you all know we have recently had a customer test positive for COVID-19 within the last 72 hours, should you have any symptoms you must follow the NHS guidance, isolate and get a test done as soon as possible. For your reference, the customer entered the premises on Saturday 5th September @ 10.32am and on Sunday 6th September @ 10.29am, if you were on the premises within a few hours of these times, please refer to the NHS website advising what to do. At this stage there is no requirement to isolate unless you have symptoms or contacted to do so by the NHS.

NHS guidance states you do not need to self-isolate unless you are contacted by the NHS Test and Trace service or if you have symptoms or have a positive test result. You should take extra care to follow social distancing guidelines, including washing hands often and using hand sanitizer regularly. We would like to assure all our customers all stations and equipment are regularly sanitized and cleaned throughout the day. We have done our best to contact everyone who attended the gym on those days, if you know of anyone that we may have missed, please let them know.
